Baked enamel finish over rust-inhibiting phosphate pretreatment adds more durability. Three-part telescoping ball-bearing suspension delivers smooth drawer operation. Drawers accommodate letter-size or legal-size folders from side-to-side with included adjustable hangrails. Drawers are flush at the top and sides and feature drawer-extension restraint. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to open at a time. Charcoal lateral file also offers four adjustable leveling guides for stabilizing and HON One Key interchangeable core-removable lock. Lock mechanism secures both sides of drawers.
