HON lateral files deliver commercial office quality on a home-office budget. This two-drawer, 30"W model has a tamper-resistant enclosed base. Cabinet accepts letter or legal hanging file folders. Molded polymer handle is standard. Finish color is Putty.
Deep two-drawer lateral file efficiently maximizes floor space and is designed for light-duty use. Each drawer accommodates letter-size or legal-size files from side-to-side with the included hangrails. Front-to-back filing for letter-size folders is possible with other accessory hangrails (not included). Drawers lock and feature ball-bearing slide suspension. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to open at a time. Lateral file also features steel reinforced case construction and two adjustable leveling glides in front corners. Lateral file is certified by SCS to be in compliance with specific indoor air quality emission requirements and meets or exceeds applicable ANSI/BIFMA standards.
